Service in the Charlotte area
 

I have a 2017 Carrera S and I took the car to my local dealership here in Charlotte. For the second time I have taken a new Porsche here and been very disappointed with the result. When I got there, the valet went over my concerns. When the service writer finally gave me the work order to sign, only 1 out of 3 concerns were on the invoice so I had to go back and re explain my concerns. Then, when the technician came out to explain what he had found, he was trying to tell me that 991.2 Porsche’s now have a 4cylinder engine. Needless to say, the fact that he did not know what engine was in my car really left me questioning wether or not he should even be touching my car! I really was disappointed by this especially since this is a 130k vehicle, they should know what they are working on!

With all that said, I am annoyed that I can’t get good service on my car in the town I live in. The next closest dealer is in Hickory which is an hour away. I was curious if anyone else has had this experience in Charlotte and if you have ever tried the Hickory dealership?
