I just received a text from Neil at Performance Developments:
Progress on the harnessing is happening. Engine harness is done and the chassis harnesses are close. This is the most complicated set of harnesses we have ever made. They integrate both the factory harnesses and the ECU along with both new ECU, CDI and harnesses. There are 8 drawings for all the harnesses. These are requires if ever anything needs to be looked at. The complications came from integrating the factory harnesses and the new ECU. Some signals are shared and others are passed through to the stock ECU.

After 17 years of mostly accumulating dust, KA is being taken down from the storage rack to have the chassis, engine and CDI wiring harness along with the completed motor installed.

Update:
I picked up the motor from Neil at Performance Developments last January (2021) and delivered the motor to Rob at Scargo Racing for install.
The last part we were waiting on was the Chassis Harness which was Neil's part of the work. He sent the work to Frankie Pacone. Pacone moved from Tennessee to California where he told Neil he was going to deliver the finished chassis harness to Rob at Scargo Racing. This was about a month ago. No word from Frankie. Neil has been trying to locate him without success.
Hope to know more after the first of the year.
