Porsche wheel bolt rust question

I have a 2004 Cayenne Turbo that has rusting wheel bolts. I've seen quite a few of these and most people just deal with it, or replace all the bolts. My question is, is there any sort of powder coating or sealing process that can be done to just the head of the bolt to get rid of this, and make them look nicer, while still maintaining the OEM wheel bolts? I have thought about the plastic cap option that goes over the wheel bolts, but would like to leave them as is. If it meant that the wheels could only be installed/removed with hand tools, and not air tools, I'm fine with that as well. Interested to hear what others have done or what options might be available.

cmoore1 is infamous around these parts
The wife's '99 Boxster had pretty nasty looking wheel bolts. I went to Autozone and purchased a spray can of Rust-oleum "High performance wheel" paint in silver. This returned the bolts to the original look. I took all of the bolts off and used a wire brush wheel on a bench grinder first to remove all the old paint & rust. Then a coat of Rust-oleum primer before the wheel paint.
