What wheels are these?

I think the owner is username andreas but not sure. Love the look and wanted to get some more info.

I'm guessing these are 19's. What are the offsets needed for a 996TT front and rear? I am in the process of buying a 04 black 996TT Convertible and think these wheels would look great on the car but would like to see a cabrio picture or two in black with black wheels. Also, what cost am I dealing with without rubber?
