The designers at M&D Exclusive Car Design have used customized Rennen Forged wheels to equalize the appearance of a wide-body Mercedes Benz SL500. The Black Edition has R55 X-Concave wheels that are made from very strong and lightweight 6061-T6 forged aluminum. The wheels have a red-coated register, gloss-black step lip, black bolts and a textured, matte-black face, which enhances the Continental ContiSportContact tires. The stainless steel exhaust has a modified diffuser and AMG 65 exhaust tips.

The start-stop button was relocated from the shift **** to the dashboard. An AMG 63 shift **** has replaced the standard shift ****. Lamborghini leather with red and black diamond stitching was used on the seats, doors and headliner. The diamond, white-pearl paint on the body contrasts with the black roof and other black accessories. The bold colors and Rennen Forged wheels accentuate the powerful appearance of the SL500.
