Hello sir, I've been trying to find you on the forums and I have finally found you!
I just wanted to say that your 996 is PERFECT in every way!

the one thing I wanted to know more about are your specs on your E88's!
the 18x10 and 18x12.5 are just jaw dropping... I just couldn't find the offset you chose for them.. I would love to buy or build a set like yours.
If its not too much, I would LOVE to know your specs on those gorgeous wheels!

    Very Respectfully
    -Gary

Hey I read a post you made in October '19 that you have 7mm RUF hubcentric spacers for sale. I was wondering if you still have them, will they fit a 981 Cayman S, and how much shipped to CA 94513. Hope to hear back from you, thanks.

    Hi John,

Hope all is well! My brakes need to come off and get rebuilt this spring so I've been thinking about swapping the front calipers to 6pot 997tt fronts and leaving the OEM 996 4 pot rears. I wanted to know your thoughts.
I read one post where you recommended against upgrading to the 997tt rear calipers because it increases rear bias. Yet i also read several other posts where people recommend to upgrade the rears saying that our cars need more rear bias. Is this a bad thing on our cars?
    Thanks,
    Dan

Pwdrhound, I have a 996tt with the equivalent of an EVOMS GT660 package. I have read your comments with fascination, most recently about intercoolers. I am at the point where I think I need to upgrade. I assume you have no plans to revisit your intercooler project. If that's correct, any thoughts on the nearest readily available equivalent?
SRM? EVO? Markski? Stick with the 997.2 IC's?

    Thanks!

Hi I've seen some of your very helpful information regarding Pccbs and was hoping you can you advise.
    I have a 2008 GT3 gen 1 and I want to change to a full set of Pccb's. I have a new rear set of 350 Pccbs 99735203101 & 99735203201
and have kicking around a set of rear 99135242530 & 99135242630 calipers would you know if the calipers will work or how would I find out?

And for the front, my question is because of the increase of the size of the 380 mm disk there's a spacer needed between the caliper and upright is this a Porsche part or aftermarket only?
Or as I've not found the calipers or front Pccb's yet is there a different option Turbo brakes maybe?

    cheers dfasadler

pwderhound, I emailed you over at Rennlist, but i figured I might try you here too. I am trying to find out more info on the JRZ camber plates you had for 996/.997TT. Curious, did you run these camber plates with stock shocks? I'm trying to get my car, which has stock shocks, but lower springs a bit lower by using these camber plates. As you mentioned, they have the bearing in the middle of the camber plate vs. the OEM which sits below the plate. When you get a chance, please let me know your application. if it's easier, you can reach me or I can call you.

    Thanks,

    Wilson

    Hello,
I'm hoping you will help me with som 996TT questions. I'm new to the brand and based on my research on this forum you seem to be an authority. My thread is the Ultimate Street Car. Or if you prefer I could send to you directly. Thanks in advance and Happy New Year!

    Hi John,

Quick question about using the updated OEM boost hoses on your Gt2RS ICs. Was there a need to modify the fittings to fit the ICs ? or was it a perfect fit plug&play? I have AP hoses currently and they need to be modified, but i rather go OEM if OEM fits perfect and dont run the risk of blowing out at 1.2bar boost.

    Cheers !!
