These days, we buyers prefer package deals. This is especially true of high-end buyers, who like to match pretty much everything they own. But now, Aston Martin has devised a way for buyers to secure a matching residence and special edition Aston Martin DBX custom-designed by Sir David Adjaye.

It Takes Two

Altogether, five of these packages will be sold, with the homes located at 130 William, New York City's premier new luxury residential development. The matching DBX was also designed by architect Sir David Adjaye and is officially dubbed the 130 William Adjaye Special Edition Aston Martin DBX.

Second Phase

This is actually the second such project Aston has explored, following up its pairing in downtown Miami that consists of a special DBX and a luxury condominium tower full of various types of flats. In that building, buyers that opt for the penthouse get upgraded to the 1-of-24 Vulcan.

Inspired by Autos

The interiors of the homes, as one might imagine, are inspired by Aston Martin design. For example, When residents first step off the elevator, they will see interior design elements featuring Aston Martin’s signature crosshatch pattern in a bronze finish. Beneath the bronze detailing is wallpaper designed by Adjaye Associates, while a bespoke smoked glass mirror created by Aston Martin Design reflects the skyline view in a distinctive arched form which is a nod to the arches on the façade.

Racing Simulator

Additionally, the sofas and armchairs combine elements of leather, metal, and fabric, as well as beautiful detailing, to evoke the richly crafted and tactile qualities of Aston Martin’s automotive interiors. And if all of that isn't enough, there's even a racing simulator in one of the rooms so that owners can hone their skills in the comfort of their own home.

Notable Extra

As for the matching car, the DBX Special Edition marks the debut of real stone accents, with Grey “Pietra D’Avola” marble inlays matched with Satin Walnut wood. The car's hand-stitched leather features Parliament Green trim and a steering wheel from Q by Aston Martin. Q also handles the bespoke paint job, with a color inspired by 130 William’s exterior, complete with subtle hints of green. The interior includes carved solid walnut trim, with Q by Aston Martin Parliament Green leatherwork and details in bronze, black anodized aluminum, and the aforementioned real stone.

Pricing

Pricing for these enticing packages depends on the type of home purchased, as one might imagine. The five homes include two penthouses, priced at $11,500,000 for PH60A, $10,500,000 for PH60B, and three loggia residences L59A, L59B and L59C, priced from $3,985,000, $5,985,000 and $10,000,000.
