We have to address the fact that this car is substantially more expensive than the DB11. With an increase of over $100,000 to the base car that can have as much as 600 horsepower, the DBS Superleggera's lighter chassis and more powerful powertrain are complimented by a few more subtle differences.

Details Add Up

Most specifications are the same as the base car, however, the Superleggera is wider by 3 inches. It is also different aerodynamically in terms of cooling and bodywork. Carbon fiber pieces improve the center of gravity as well, which has to be factored into the end result. These minor details in this special edition add up to provide a noticeable improvement.

Verdict

The Superleggera is a car that will appeal to people who don’t care about spending an extra $50,000 or more on a car that is exclusive for all the right reasons. It’s fast, looks good from every angle, and has an interior to die for. And besides, James Bond is driving one in an upcoming movie. What’s cooler than that?
