AMG under the hood
The Mercedes-Benz cabin details are not the only components this Aston Martin sources from Germany. Courtesy of an agreement, AMG is an engine supplier to Aston Martin. As such, the 4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 powering this lime green Aston is the same engine which is also found in the AMG GT sportscar.

At 4-liters of capacity, the latest Aston Martin Vantage might have a smaller engine than most of its V8-powered Aston forebears, but that does not mean a sacrifice in performance. Boasting 503hp, this Vantage V8 is good for 0-60mph in only 3.6 seconds, before powering on to a top speed of 195mph.
