Denmark’s Zenvo TSR-S Takes Active Aero to the Next Level

Engineering as Wild as its Looks

The Zenvo TSR-S is a truly impressive machine. Its wild looks and extreme power would give even the most seasoned of drivers goosebumps. But it's actually the active aero system that stands out most in this supercar spotted over at CarAndDriver and with a car this wild that is certainly saying something.

Active Aero in Full Tilt

The wing is in full tilt. The active aero system positions the wing via actuators to an optimal position for maximum downforce in the turns, then levels out for straightaways. Truly an exceptional feat of engineering designed to keep the vehicle planted and give the driver the fastest lap times possible.

Aggression and Air Flow

The large grille, vents and subset intakes are all designed to flow air to all the right places. Their large shape and dynamic design give the TSR-S an unmistakably aggressive look.

Expert Finish

The LED headlight treatment mated with the carbon fiber is meticulously crafted. Delicately painted trim sets off the car's features and gives it a pristine fit and finish.

Carbon Fiber Craftsmanship

Carbon fiber is commonplace inside and out on the vehicle. Every aspect of the car is constructed from carbon fiber from large parts down to small details like these. Coupled with its extreme design language, the car has the look of a track day weapon even from the inside.

Countless Personalizations

The stitching on the interior panels and most of the trim can all be custom made for the customer. Even the carbon fiber components can be color-tinted depending on customer specifications. The sky is truly the limit for customizations.

Structure and Frame

Carbon fiber weave is hand-laid by craftsman and done in-house. Beneath an all-carbon cross member, lies a twin-supercharged V-8 good for over 1100 horsepower. A seven-speed transmission with helical-cut dog gears and paddle shifters is mounted to it, completing the powertrain.

Bold Design

Clean cut and dynamic surfaces are plentiful on the TSR-S. Aggressive lines and large intakes send the message that it wants to be driven hard. This gives the TSR-S a look that sets it apart, but surely it's the large moving wing in the back that's the real head-turner here.
