Second Try

While style is always subjective, more than a few people reacted with disgust when German tuner Mansory applied some styling updates to Ford's latest GT last year. Dubbed the Le Mansory, the original blue example was one of three cars slated to be built, and yet, it's still up for sale with a cool price tag of over $2M. Regardless, the second Mansory GT has now been built, and whether you love it or hate it, we think it looks better in black, anyway.

Inherently Rare

All of Mansory's creations feature some unique designs specifically intended to spark a reaction, so perhaps we shouldn't have been surprised. Regardless, the Le Mansory is an inherently rare car, as only three will be produced in total, and there are some notable upgrades here worth talking about.

Styling Overhaul

The Le Mansory was created to celebrate the company's 30th anniversary and pay tribute to the GT's rich history at Le Mans, which the tuner achieved by adding new carbon fiber bodywork that widens the car by 5 centimeters. The new panels also give the car a decidedly different look, which we'd argue it didn't need, as the second-gen GT is already one of the most gorgeous cars on the road.

Unique Design

The highlight of this new design are those unique LED headlights, which are actually four individual lighting elements and were designed specifically for the Le Mansory. The exterior mods wrap up with a set of Forged YN.5 wheels measuring in at 21x9-inches up front and 21x12-inches in the rear, which are wrapped in Continental Sport Contact 6 tires.

More Power

The GT's twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 was treated to a boost in power as well with an engine management upgrade, which gives it an impressive output of 710 horsepower and 620 pound-feet of torque, which ups its top speed by four miles-per-hour to an even 220.

Renovated Cabin

Inside the cabin, Mansory touches virtually everything, filling the interior with loads of carbon fiber bits, Alcantara, custom stitching, and various color accents - a blue Bleurion Race hue in the original and red in the newest version to match the contrasting stripes on the otherwise very black exterior.

Pay the Cost

It isn't clear if the second Le Mansory is available for purchase or if it already has an owner, but regardless, we know that it didn't come cheap. The real question is - are there three people on the planet who like this design enough to shell out a couple million for it?
