Slideshow: Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Days at the Track
It happens to the best of us and fortunately, Mr. Reuss made it out ok. Unlike the guys in the clips below, Mark doesn’t have to pay the bill after!
Lady of the Lake
Bugatti’s Veyron can certainly wow and impress with a top speed of over 240mph, but it can’t swim to save its life. The owner of this W16 quad-turbo concord for the road should have asked for a life jacket before he drove this pearl into the ocean. What a waste!
Enzo Eddie Griffin
Live on TV this famous actor decide to become a donut instead of doing donuts when he stuffed the million dollar supercar into a k-rail right on CBS morning news. You can have all the money in the world, but taming a V-12 with over 600 horsepower is something money can’t buy.
Driver gets bit by his own Snake
Leaving cars and coffee of Houston in the latest Dodge Viper sounds like a pretty simple proposition on paper: you press the clutch in, select a gear and move about your business. Unfortunately for this owner, somewhere between selecting a gear and moving about his business he included an extra step: oversteering into a curb. Perhaps he thought he was a Mustang for just a moment. Maybe he had too much coffee. We'll never know.
P1 Curb Mode
The McLaren P1 has a secret mode no one is talking about called curb mode. What curb mode does is calculate the most efficient way for an owner to look like a super tool at his local supercar meet. This is demonstrated by a clip in which DailyDrivenExotics caught one owner beaching his P1 for all the world to see. In all honesty, this stuff could happen to anyone. It’s just pretty embarrassing when it happens to a car that costs several millions of dollars. So hard to watch.
No Bad Days
Everyone has off days, these guys just happened to get caught on camera at the worst time possible! It always hurts to see beautiful cars like these trashed or scraped, but they can always be repaired. We’re just glad everyone made it out ok!
