SCG 003 Drops Curtain Before Geneva
As some of you might now, Jim Glickenhaus has been hard at work creating the SCG 003 supercar. To sum up the project, Glickenhaus has been working on creating a supercar that can go from a regular road car to a racecar and then back to a road car in a single day.
The overall goal was to create a supercar much like in the same vein of supercars back in the late 60’s that would show up to Le Mans, race, and then be driven home to either Italy or Monaco. Glickenhaus is going for a true grand tourer that can be raced just as well.
Now it’s come time for him to debut this new beast at the Geneva Motor Show and it looks stunning. It almost looks like a combination of an Enzo and a new Le Mans Prototype racecar.
It uses a modified Honda HPD twin-turbo V6 that’s good for over 600 horsepower. However, that’s about all we know about the car. Details will be revealed later this week as the car gets ready for the full debut.
