How long are your tires lasting?
Street all-weather tires
Just tracked my Boxster for the first time 10 days ago when the car had covered about 2500 miles. After about five runs the stock 19-inch Michelin chunked pretty badly and wore on the outside edges. Looks as though I will have to replace these soon. I've ordered a set of 18-inch Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 XL with OZ wheels to use solely on the track.
Any suggestions for a decent street tire with all-weather capabilities (lots of rain here) and better wear performance than the Michelins? They will be used for street only, relatively easy driving.

I have an '06 CS with almost 25,000 miles on it. I don't track it and am pretty easy on it. I still have some life in the rears and the fronts still look pretty good. I bet I can get another 5,000 out of the rears before needing to replace them.
Do you like the ps 2's better. I have heard that they are quieter and handle better.
