Hi Joe we're using the stage III clutch, which is designed to feel pretty nice in terms of the driveability. So actually nothing too crazy. The tranny will eventually be regeared once we find a core:P

Since we're not doing 1/4mile stuff I think the axles will hold- at least for a while so we'll revisit that if need be.
