Hi guys, anyone of you out there has pics of TTS in solid white & metallic Carrera White? Wonder if the metallic Carrera White is pearl white & what is the difference between the solid white & metallic Carrera white? Last but not least which one looks better on a TTS? To me, seeing them face to face next to each other, it is very difficult to see the difference from 5' away. Even in the sunshine. The metallic white has a little metallic. Clearly, not as bold as pearl, which you can clearly see a several feet away.


Color choice, its personal.

 

This is regular white. I prefer it as it has some blue in it. Its just a personal opinion though. I still think my Agate 991 I liked the color better, but problem is these 911's look good in almost every color. I go to the dealer say to myself maybe i should have got Sapphire, or Black, or Agate or Metallic white.

I am not sure you'll get a clear answer on which looks better. If I had gotten metallic I may like it just as much, it pops in the sun and at dusk. My car the white during the day and dusk looks hyper white. I love it with the black roof. If you can do yourself a favor and go to Porsche and see them in person even if on a Cayman/Boxster.
