1998 C2S market value

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...5&rdpage=thumb

Hi all, whay do you think the fair market value for this car? Third owner car, with a small bumper accident, flywheel may needs to be replaced shortly. Please share some thoughts. Thanks.

I've seen that car around before, it's very clean & very well done. It's in the ballpark for a clean C2S.

Why do you think the FW needs to be replaced?

Because it shudders when I back up... or at least I am telling myself that to justify L.W. flywheel and clutch :-).
