Looking for suggestions on what would be a good offer
i think this car has been on sale for a while if you ask me.
anyways, nice looking car. offer 65k and go up to 70s if u really want it.
drive it to make sure all is good and a proper PPI done before purchasing it.

Theres nothing like the drive home after purchasing your first Porsche . I can't even describe the emotion. You must be thrilled.
I was thrilled but I just returned from getting a hefty bank check and the excitment has been soured by the harsh reality of the $$$ this car just cost me. I'm sure the cost will quickly be forgotten once I get behind the wheel.

I looked on some of the California dealerships inventory just for fun . Theres quite a few. If you like white with black interior I saw several cars at a few dealerships. Have you called any to see how they might discount . I found one on the dowtown LA (South) website only 10K above this 2006 car . There are a few heavily optioned cars at some dealerships but my point is that not all are. Seatching and calling could place you in a new car very near the prices they are asking for that 06 car.
Good Luck.

Writing the check is the most painful part but when driving home it is forgotten quickly. It's not like going on an expensive vaction where the cost just vanishes and leaves only a memory . The car does retain its value so the money isn't gone . It's just routed into your driveway instead of investment.

Thanks for the advice. I haven't looked at new car pricing and inventory much. I was thinking a low mileage used car would be good for insurance purposes. I only have one used car buying experience and it was with a Dodge Ram truck and that turned out fine. All of my other car buying experiences have been with new cars. I am always a bit wary about buying used, but I research as much as possible before I buy as to minimize buyers remorse

The search is your friend . The phone is your tool of negotiation. The firther you must travel the more incentive to ask them to make it worth your time to save the $$. Good Luck
