Sold another Bentley :)

Well, think this is the fourth B I have 'sold' per se. One of my friends just got an 08 GT and he'll be chiming in here shortly. Great guy i've known for years.

On another note, mine is going to service next Monday as the engine light is on and she seems to be stumbling during idle yet is basically fine during normal drive. Maybe a bad coil/wire or ??? though the 40k was done in April. Hmmm...

Anywho, here is pic of his new 08 GT.

That's interesting, my 40k service was done in April as well and I recently got a check engine light. The car had a sort of rough idle but otherwise was fine while driving. So far the dealer has replaced both exhaust gas temp sensors, maf wire, and an injector. I should have the car back sometime this week, hopefully it's all good then. On another note the car on a few occasions over the last month would not accelerate while driving, the gas pedal becomes unresponsive for a 1-3 seconds, hopefully this issue is resolved as well with all the parts that have been replaced.

Keep us posted on what the dealer says about yours.

And the GT is beaut!

Thanks guys and no Dr. D no commission (not asked or wanted). As for the engine stumbling, one of the techs said could be a split line, but we'll see once they are in there on Monday.

Update, the cracked oil dip stick bit is being replaced (was cracked at top of receiving unit) and they can fix one of the two hose leaks. The one not fixed means engine out as tech said drive it as it still tests within parameters. As for my friend and his Bentley, his stock broker nyoiked him and lived off the float for so long he lost the deal on the car

Now he has the funds liquid but no Bentley. So.... not a good Bentley week for myself or a friend
