UTQG - Summer Pirellis and Latitude Sport

I know little about utqg and the real world. Still the 19 Pirelli's that come N designated by Porsche list at 300 vs 220 for the Latitude Sport on the 20s.

Will this really translate into more miles and if so how many?

Most tire rack reviewers seemed AMG folks mad as hell about horribly qick wear- I am assuming they are driving those high torque rear drivers.

What do Cayenne users experience, mileage wise, with the Latitudes, comparing to above Pirellis if possible.

It may be that active posters here just don't bother with 19s enough to comment but will the 300 utqg translate into 25% more miles?
