This is not a for sale ad, but if someone wants this car I can get it for you for under 1 million. I'd buy it but I am about $850,000 short

Unfortunately I do not have many details. I just know the owner is in over his head with cars and MUST sell many of them. I was speaking to this person's new financial advisor and the Mclaren came up. If someone would consider it, I would certainly point them to the advisor to get more details.

Are you sure it wasen't just sold. I just sat in one at FX. It was just bought. The car was from Arizona. It will be leaving the country soon. How many of them are around? Interesting car. The driver sits in the middle. It is a 3 seater. You have to straddle over one seat to sit in the drivers seat. Not to difficult getting in. A real ***** getting out. The two passenger seats sit a little further back on each side of the drivers seat. I have never seen one of these cars.

Sucks either way! lol

This is seriously amazing. Like just about everyone (guessing), I'm far from having big enough a wallet, but 950k for McLaren is actually an insane deal.

Is it an Ameritech? or a Show car? An actual F1, actual LM or F1 converted to LM? Color?

This is very interesting!

Why don't we all throw in $1K and I'll drive it around and post pics and driving updates etc. on a frequent basis!

Then, after 5 years the next person gets it.

I'm in - we all get it one day of the year. Then when people ask us the next day where it went, we can just say it's in the shop

Here's one I saw a while back at a local auto club. Note the 2 interior rear view mirrors!

Man, you need a real long arm to pay at toll booths or reach for the parking lot or speeding tickets if you're driving alone

If you have such a car, you really have to lack talent to be alone!!! LOL
I think it was Stewart (not positive, though) who said it was a perfect car because you could sit your wife on the right and your mistress on your left! LMAO

One day is all I need too. Take lots of pics infront of the house. Drive to union square and santana row to showoff. Take it on 280 and 85 and go all out. Back to Spago in palo alto for dinner.

That'll be a nice day with the F1 to remember.
