with all the trouble that goes on in Daytona, I'm shocked Aston Martin would be involved.

 

The design is nothing special - ocean front should look at ocean front on ALL of the units, this was a study for Atlantic Beach we did a few years back, instead of the towers along the ocean frontage where it forms a visible barrier to the horizontal development as in every other South Florida city, we pulled them back, but more important 100% of the tower units have an ocean view through a non-rectangular model. Aston should be about better design - this architecture in Daytona Beach is nothing special, the study:
