KMA-628 License Plate Frames (like CHP 11-99)

The guy you see drifting a car on the cover of Motor Trend
I can't believe the lengths some people will go to in order to legitimize their poor driving habits and poor attitude towards courtesy and compliance with the law.
All one has to do is exactly what they know they're supposed to do. Wearing those plate frames does not entitle the driver to what he/she hopes is exceptional treatment by law enforcement after being caught in violation.
It's just as easy to do the right thing as it is to buy a frame to hopefully cover bad behavior.
I've been a pro driver for over 25 years, with more than 2 million collision free miles under my belt. The last citation I received was for a logbook violation almost 14 years ago. I drive between 180,000 and 190,000 miles per year.
