Remember, we do not require an appointment for direct port flashing of APR software. A customer of ours came in today after loving his B8 A4 2.0T so much to get flashed with APR, LLC on his C7 A7 3.0T. For those of you who aren't aware of the carbon build up issues that these direct injection cars, here is a little inside look. Build up like this can be a flow restriction leading to reduced performance and economy and can even cause a misfire if the conditions are right. This is a service performance quite often here at Excelerate Performance. If you are unsure if this has ever been performed on your vehicle, please call us to schedule an appointment.

A customer of ours came to Excelerate Performance to pick up his Sprint Blue B7 RS4, and dropped off his APR, LLC Stage 3 equipped Misano Red TT RS for some suspension modifications. Stay tuned for more of this beauty!

A customer brought his B7 S4 Convertible to Excelerate Performance after receiving a fresh engine from Audi to get an APR, LLC. Carbonio intake installed and realign his Milltek Sport exhaust.

Continuing on the Red B7 RS4:
The motor is back together, the transmission is finished, and everything is in position and ready to go back into the car. No corners are cut at Excelerate Performance. By making sure each bolt and mating surface is cleaned thoroughly, this eliminates any chance of oil leaks after the car is back together.
Next up: A B7 A4 2.0T in for some performance upgrades. This customer opted for the JHM front mount intercooler kit and high flow cat.

A little bit of History was dropped off for some service this morning. With all the new model cars we see come through the shop, seeing this rare Europa Blue 95.5 URS6 Avant was a breath of fresh air! Fresh synthetic oil and new filter will keep this Precision Turbo & Engine 5858 and AAN 5 cylinder healthy for years and miles to come.

Have you have been following photos posted of the B7 RS4 motor? Well here is more eye candy for you. In all its glory, here it is together and ready to go back into the car. Being tested with our Snap on Bluepoint smoke machine. It's all sealed with no leaks, its time to lower the lift and bolt the motor into the chassis.
Closing in on completion, the engine is back in, and its all final assembly from here. Stay tuned to see more as this job nears the finish line.

One of our customers is back for some additional upgrades to his Silver B8 S4. This time, an AWE Tuning Track Exhaust! With the smile that was on his face when he left, I'm sure we will be seeing him again soon for a pulley and software re-flash. [

Safety is a huge concern at Excelerate Performance. We always recommend inspecting your vehicle often to prevent failures that can result in injury. These tires shown here are worn down to their metal bands.If you don't feel comfortable performing this yourself, be sure to bring it to us.

A 2009 CC 2.0T is in for what seemed like everlasting transmission issues, until now at least!
The customer has had trouble with this transmission since the car was only a few thousand miles old. We had the liberty of pulling out the transmission here at Excelerate Performance for further inspection. Without splitting the case in two our mechanic measured the end play on the input shaft, which is where it became interesting. There was far too much end play on the input shaft, not normal! So he took it a step further with a complete tear down to see if there was anything else causing the issue. With that being said we couldn't find anything wrong with the internal components of the transmission. Turns out the transmission was improperly assembled from the factory where the halves were not properly aligned.

This A3 sporting a 2.0T FSi engine came in for a laundry list of service work. The car also suffered from a single cylinder misfire. By performing proper diagnostics, our mechanics were able to fix the real underlying issue rather than throw parts at it. Here is a side by side comparison of the fuel injector that was causing the misfire.

This MK6 GLI came to us for a DieselGeek Short Shifter and APR Stage 2 Intake performance upgrades as well as some service love with a fresh synthetic oil change.
