"Klassed" the TT Cab I picked up on Friday! (pics inside)
Well, I finally picked up my TT Cab this past Friday and I couldn't be happier. Now my M3 has a new stablemate! I'm already thinking of all the mods I want to do to the car, but first things first, I have to get a short shifter. After shortening the shifter and clutch in my M3, the Porsche's feels very "truck like". However, the power and feel of the Porsche more than makes up for all of that!
Thanks to everyone who helped answer all of my questions before I got the car. Now I can see first hand what all you guys are raving about!
Finally, here are some pics of my new whip!

Unfortunately, I live in Toronto, Canada where I get snow for almost half the year, so I need to keep the M3 for the snow and for times when I need to carry more cargo than just a suitcase around!

I remember asking everyone about the "Porsche Luggage" that fit the trunk perfectly and everyone said it was a waste of time. Now I realize why. The trunk is so small, especially when the windscreen takes up half of it!!!

I'm still going to take the TT out in the winter when there's no snow, but other than that it'll probably stay garaged for most of the winter.
Do they make snow tires in 295/30-18? Or do people usually use smaller rims with a spacer?

We don't live in the same climate as you (Virginia) but we have our winters. We have Cayenne Turbo which is a blast summer and winter -- I have 2 sets of wheels/tires for each season. Cayenne with Pirelli Scorpion A/T's is just awesome in the snow. DON'T drive a Cayenne with summer tires in the snow!! GT3 for summer/track.
I'd recommend going to test driving a C-Turbo. Even Ben was finally convinced to get one after he got some track time in one. The C-Turbo is a beast, and a practical one at that!!
(If you're married, just blame us when you drive your new C-Turbo home, hehe).

Hey Everyone, thanks for all the nice comments and suggestions. I was talking to my Fiancee over lunch (she drove to my work so we could go out for lunch together in my TT Cab! hahaha) about the whole Cayenne Turbo idea and she thought it'd be a better idea than my "Sell my M3 for the new M5 and get a BMW X3 for the snow".
I think it'd be cheaper for me to get the C-Turbo AND I would have 2 Porsche's in the garage instead of a 2 Bimmers and 1 Porsche!!! (look, I'm convincing myself already!!!)
