2014 Porsche Cayman S Demolishes the Corners at Laguna Seca
Four years ago, the 987 Porsche Cayman S won Motor Trend’s Best Driver’s Car competition. This year, the 981-generation Cayman S is competing, looking to give the other 11 contenders a run for their money.

Racing driver Randy Pobst lauded the Cayman S for its racy feel and accurate handling characteristics as he hustled the car through Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. Also of note is how the 325-horsepower Cayman S is 1.13 seconds quicker around the race track than the 577-horsepower Mercedes-Benz E63 S AMG Wagon.
