Alfa Romeo 4C Spider
Alfa Romeo is getting ready to make their big, splashy return to the United States market. It’s a big deal for them, and for us too ultimately. When was the last time you’ve seen an Italian car on the highways aside from the Fiat 500? That’ll start changing soon with the arrival of Alfa Romeo’s 4C Spider.

You might think that the big change here is the convertible top. Not so! The real difference between the 4C Spider and the 4C Coupe are the headlights. The weird, insectoid clusters on the coupe have been exchanged for normal, covered lenses.

Aside from that, the 4C looks largely unchanged from the last time we’ve seen it. The exhaust remains center mounted, the turbocharged straight-four still makes 240 horsepower, and it will still get from 0 to 60 in four and a half seconds. Adding the convertible top added about 130lbs to the overall weight of the car. Honestly though? Totally worth it.
