Auschecken! Nürburgring Driftschliefe?
The Nürburgring Nordschleife is one of the most, if not the most infamous tracks on the face of the Earth. With over a hundred turns, changing elevation, jumps, and miles and miles of open track, it’s where every automaker goes to prove that their performance car is the best in its class if not the world.
However, the Nürburgring has been essentially closed since a fatal accident last year which saw the track impose speed limits in certain places. This seems to have led residents around the Nürburgring to find other ways of securing their need for speed, one of which is a local roundabout.
The roundabout in question is right before you enter the Nürburgring complex, and when it recently snowed, the local residents decided that it would be the best place to begin their drifting careers. A camera person grabbed a fairly long video of the locals drifting the entirety of the roundabout. The only way this could be made better is if they over dubbed the video with the music from Benny Hill.
