McLaren P1, Porsche 918 and Ducati Superleggera Race
How Autocar gets to do these insane drag races boggles the mind. In their latest “Car vs Bike Challenge” they pit a Ducati 1199 Panigale Superleggera against a two of the world’s most potent supercars – a Porsche 918 and McLaren P1.
The Ducati puts down over 200 horsepower, which is quite a lot in the world of bikes. The two hybrid hypercars on the other hand each have around 900 hp.
Figuring though that the other two vehicles in this race are some of the quickest accelerating cars on the planet and have redefined what we know as a supercar, the bike has a lot to contend with.
There won’t be any spoilers because everyone should just watch the video and be prepared for a lot of envy.
