Bare Carbon Fiber Ferrari Enzo Listed for $3.5 Million

In what’s already a low production number of 349 (plus one for the Pope) Ferrari Enzos, this one-off bare carbon fiber model exists in a rarified and nearly mythological atmosphere.

Let me put it this way. In order to buy an Enzo back in 2001, you had to be personally invited by Ferrari, then when the car debuted in 2002, all 349 models went directly to their owners without ever being available on the market. That’s when this specific example which was initially painted Rosso Corsa (As most Enzos) was sent to legendary coach builder, Carrozzeria Zanasi to be fully re-done in full carbon fiber body.

While every exterior panel is exquisitely laid out and matched to make sure the carbon fiber weave lined up perfectly, the interior is equally stunning. Wrapped in red alcantara wth more carbon fiber inserts, the cabin rivals that of a Pagani hypercar, which are known for having very intricate interior design queues.

Now, the price. While most Ferrari Enzos are up for sale in the $2 million dollar price range, the Missouri dealer commissioned to sell this beauty is asking for a whopping $3.5 million! That’s a 1.5 million dollar premium due to its unique attributes.

How much the conversion to bare carbon fiber hasn’t  been released, but one can only imagine it’s upwards of hundreds of thousands of dollars, which over time may add up to a cool million in resale value, leaving the real “just because” premium at a reasonable half-million.

What would you buy, this or a LaFerrari?
