The Frankfurt Motor Show is currently going on across the pond in Germany. With that, a whole host of new cars are debuting, and a few of them are uber ridiculous supercars. One of which just happens to be the new Ferrari 488 GTB Spider.
The Ferrari 488 GTB originally debuted earlier this year, and took the place of the company’s 458 Italia. The new car features a twin-turbocharged V8 motor that makes massive amounts of torque and power. However, what’s been missing is the folding roof option, and that’s exactly what we have here.
The 488 GTB Spider is for those that truly want to be at one with the elements and expose themselves to the insanity of a twin-turbocharged V8 Ferrari noise. With no roof, your ears are mere inches away from that brilliant engine noise.
Additionally, with the roof lopped off, the 488 GTB Spider looks stunning. The double channels right behind the seats makes the car look as if it’s speeding while standing still. It’s gorgeous.
