First Official Look at the New Audi R8
It’s auto show season and you know what that means right? TEASERS! You get a teaser, and you get a teaser, and even the guy sitting in his underpants writing this gets a teaser! WE ALL GET TEASERS! Well, maybe not, maybe everyone doesn’t get teasers, but there is surely enough of them going around.
Between the Koenigsegg Regera, or the new Ferrari 488 GTB, or even to the new Pullman Mercedes limo, it seems that every single auto manufacturer is showing off teasers every single day. This next teaser though should be a good one, it’s from Audi.
Now some of you may already know that Audi has been working on a replacement for the R8 for quite some time. And since Lamborghini already debuted its version of the same car with the Huracan, everyone has been waiting on baited breath to see what Audi has cooked up. From this teaser the company just sent out, the new R8 definitely looks to be striking.
Apart from the overall same general shape of the new R8, the new Audi definitely looks more…aggressive. Massive sills take up most of the front grille, and Audi’s laser headlights definitely add to the effect.
Overall though, we can’t really discern much from this little teaser, but thankfully we don’t have to wait that much longer. Geneva is only a short few weeks away.
