While this may not be actual news, Mark Zuckerberg may be getting something very rare, and very expensive. A Pagani Huayra.
Why this may or may not be news is simple. Is one I could really care less that another rich guy bought a super expensive supercar, and two for a long time, Paganis weren’t able to be sold in the States.
But with the new Huayra, Pagani decided to finally bring their beautifully crafted works of speed art here. And that’s a good thing since already 40% of all Huayras that have been purchased are destined for our shores.
This means that we may be able to see a Pagani in real life, not just in pictures or the off chance that you see one if you are in Europe. The Huayra passed all the rules and regulations and is not being sold as a show car.
What this also means is that the NHSTA had to crash a few to make sure it could pass all of their tests. A few, meaning more than one, and at over a million a pop, that’s some expensive crash testing. Part of me would love to have been there when they did, but then part of me never ever wants to see that footage.
I’m just glad that Pagani is finally in the States, we have been wishing and waiting for them for too long. Maybe someday soon we may see this car in person, and I predict it will be just as amazingly ridiculous as it is in pictures.
