Here’s What the Porsche 991 Targa Might Look Like

The Porsche 991 Targa is another one of those poorly kept secrets of the automotive industry. Even before its initial announcement, the Targa has gotten a lot of press over the past couple of years with numerous spy photos. As we get closer to the car’s unveiling, which is estimated to occur in March at the Geneva Motor Show, more information is arriving to confirm the Targa’s final appearance.

X-Tomi Design has come out with a 911 Targa rendering based on patent photos leaked to the press last week.

The Targa’s retro styling with that sturdy B-pillar and wraparound rear glass complements the 991’s curvaceousness. We look forward to its official unveiling next year.

Fun Fact: “Targa” means “plate” in Italian.
