Rear-Ended Lamborghini Driver Not As Innocent As Video Shows

Matt Heller Lamborghini Hornblasters rear ended crash not innocent

Viral video shows Lamborghini owner reacting calmly in the aftermath of being rear-ended. However, the story leaves out a crucial detail.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past week or so, you’re likely familiar with this video. A Lamborghini owner and Seth Rogen sound-alike named Matt Heller gets rear-ended in his Aventador and calmy reacts to the owner of the Audi who hit him screaming in his face. It made its rounds on Tiktok and Youtube. Furthermore, it has been the focal point of many outlets in the automotive industry for days now. However, things aren’t always what they seem. As usual, this is a great life lesson in reminding ourselves that we can’t always believe what we see on the internet, no matter how convincing it may be.

You hate to see it. But, just when you think you’ve found an owner you can chalk up as a counter-point to the claims that Lamborghini drivers are often arrogant and self-involved, it turns out that they swing the direction of being precisely that. The driver of the Audi, Maddy Gilsoul, recently fired back with new evidence proving that Heller hit her first on Tiktok. She even posted video footage from the same gas station revealing the original part of the story.

Security footage shows Lamborghini driver hit Audi and nearly strike pedestrian on bike

The Other Side of the Story Shows Heller Driving Like An SOB

So, what really happened? According to Gilsoul, she was stopped at a red light after not turning when the light turned yellow. Heller seemingly did not like that she wasn’t going. So, he allegedly swerved around her into oncoming traffic. In the process, nearly striking a pedestrian riding a bicycle through the crosswalk. Additionally, Gilsoul alleges that Heller struck her car when swerving around it.

While, at first, it may sound like a bit of a stretch to clear herself of any wrongdoing, all bets are off with the next clip. That is, footage from the gas station showing this exact scenario playing out. Ironically enough, it appears to be the same camera Heller used security footage of in his own video to frame his own innocence.

Don’t worry, though. It gets even better. In this day and age, there’s a multitude of camera angles for just about any occurrence. This incident is no exception.  What’s bizarre, though, is the source of this new angle.

Matt Heller Lamborghini Accident Video Doorbell Camera

Video Doorbell Footage Shows Lamborghini Swerve Into Oncoming Traffic

In what seems from our end to be an extremely questionable call, Heller himself posted a video from a video doorbell camera that shows the accident. In the description, Heller writes that he was frustrated by the driver not taking opportunities to turn in front of the Audi, so he honked. This is clearly audible from the doorbell footage, too. He goes on to state that out of frustration; he decided to go around the Audi, which is openly admitting his decision to drive into oncoming traffic.

The video audio reveals the sound of the Lamborghini scraping the side of the Audi. However, Heller claims in the video description that the Gilsoul turned the front end of her Audi to prevent him from passing. He also claims that he thought he made the corner without incident and went to continue on with his evening. Though, Gilsoul’s video shows the damage to the Aventador’s quarter panel from her car.

We’re no experts here, so we’ll refrain from anything that could be construed as legal advice for how bad of an idea posting this video seems to be. At any rate, it seems rear-ending the Lamborghini was Gilsoul’s retaliation. While we can’t advise this as a solution, it worked, right? Based on Heller’s description, he had no intention of stopping otherwise.

Ultimately, this new evidence does not prove any innocence of Gilsoul. She definitely rear-ended Heller. However, it does prove that she had every right to be upset about Heller’s initial actions. Even more so, it justifies her anger when Heller recorded Tiktok videos acting perfectly innocent. Needless to say, this is going to be quite the court battle.
