little help for a new guy.

Am I reading this rim right, is this a 10" X 21" with a 50mm offset?
Thanks in advance!

The reason I ask is because I see an ad for Porsche Turbo II wheels and the guy selling them says they are a 65mm offset, I do not yet have a picture of the rims like the picture I posted. Is there a difference in the 2012 Cayenne S and the 2013-2014 Cayenne?

To further muddy the water the guy states the rims will fit the 2010-2016 Panamera, I'm not certain what the offset is for that model? Any help/advice, thanks.
