Occassionally My 2007 911 Turbo Will State "navigation System Error, Audio Cd, Etc ... Not Available"

And I Can't Use My Radio, Play Cd's, Or Use The Ipod. Navigation Doesn't Come On Either. I Can Cd That My Cd's And Ipod Are Playing, But No Sound Comes Through The Speakers.

I Usually Have To Turn The Car Off For A While For The System To Reboot Itself.

Does Anyone Know Why This Is Happening Or What Needs To Be Done To Correct It?
