I have a '70 911T with no motor. I have a 915 gear box. Does anyone have any pics and stats on transplants of 3.0, 3.2, or 3.6 liter motors in a pre-'74 car?

I have a 1970 911 t with a 3.0 (with 98mm p&c's so I should say 3.2L)

It has electromotive tec 2 fuel injection, Elgin cams, 98mm 10.5 to 1.

The car is amazing to drive!

I would say put at least a 3.0 if not a 3.2 into it.

with a G-tech, 2 people and 1/2 tank of gas

with a stock 3 (with tec 2 FI) it ran to 0-60 in 5.6 and a quarter in 13.8 @103
dynoed 210 to the ground
177 torque

with the bigger engine

4.9 and 13.3 (i think i was on a uphill) although never went to the track or tested again. I would bet a high 4 and a high 12 really hammering the gears.
dynoed 234 to the ground
200 torque


both runs with a 915 trans
