well today..
Picked up:

1987 Porsche Carrera 911 Convertible w/ 93K original miles, tan leather, Eclipse sound system, 5 speed, just about all records for the car.

Noww..

As far as questions:
1. Is there a short throw shift kit somewhere that I can get? I hate how long the throws are.
2. Anything I need to look out for? any advice?
3. I want to get a coup wing/spoiler on the back, is it possible? where can I get one?
4. I want to lower the car a bit... how would I go about this?

One more thing... I want to refresh the lights behind the gauges maybe with led's?

Any advice on that? what bulb sizes? etc.
