Help me price my 996/997s

I want to sell my 911, but can't figure out how to list it or how much to ask as a fair price. I know I won't get what I put in to it, but what is a fair price? It is a daily driver track car. It has never been raced, but was used for DE. It is a '2000 996 with an engine change. It now has a 997s engine with 4,732 miles on it, and 75,173 miles on the car itself. The original engine blew and had it replaced with the 997s. I bought it with 6,400 miles on it in 2004. All work on it after I became involved in DE has been done by Kelly Moss Motor Sports. They do a lot of Porsche race work. All the mods are in my signature below. I payed about $55,000 for the car, and added about $62,000 in mods. (not counting of course, tires, rims, brakes, etc, etc.) It has had one crash to the side as I drifted perfectly into a grass berm at Blackhawk. No structural damage and it was fixed to perfection. It was also hit while parked by a drunk driver. (The neighbors held him till the police came); and again no structural damage, and fixed to perfection. The car is cosmeticly in good enough shape that people comment how good it looks, but there are signs of road rash down low, and the camel interior is no longer perfect. (Nothing torn).
Any help would be appreciated. It is a great DE car. Oh, the airconditioning is there but not connected up after the engine change. But I drive it that way with a suit and climb out over the roll cage. It has been fun. Ok No one but me would use it as a daily driver. My wife says I ruined it, but it balances like a dream on the track, (unless you stupidly push it beyond hope).
Help. Estimates please.
