Need help on 2001 911 Carrera
Hello all,
I am looking at a 2001 911 Carrera. It has 37,000 miles on it and the dealer is asking $30,975. It has the factory aero package and techquipment alloys. The carfax shows it to be a clean car.
My questions are:
(1) The car is located at a dealership 1000 miles away from where I am. Would it be safe to contact a local mechanic to check the car?
(2) What do you experts think about the asking price?
(3) Anything specific I should be looking for or ask regarding the 2001 model?
The 911 has been my dream car but I have never owned a Porsche before. Any help will be truly appreciated.
