Loud sound in rear of the car

Hi there,

My right rear of the car has developed a loud shake sound.
I happens when i accelerate above 3k rpm. Can some one please sort this out?

Shake AND sound? Wild first guess would be an axle shaft bearing. Maybe sway bar mount.
