Freed performance has done extensive work (suspension, engine, exhaust, brakes...) on several of my cars (991S, 997 GT3, 996 track car and a VW GTI).
Sean Freed is a former senior Porsche tech, has worked on all generations of 911 (air cooled and water cooled) and is extremely meticulous. Prices are also competitive.
It is a small shop but the upside is that you get all the attention of the owner and that the quality of the work is extremely good.
In a nutshell, I have been very satisfied with the shop and have a bunch of Porsche friends who trust it for taking care of vintage cars as well as brand new models that are still under warranty.

Review site would help in situations like this
