2004 911 Turbo

I have a chance to pick up a 2004 911 Turbo Tiptronic hard top convertible with 32k miles for around $48k.
Is this a pretty good price and are there certain things I need to be careful of before purchasing? Does this year and model have any particular issues?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
