Buying a new 911

Hi all, I'm new here, but have been thinking about getting 911 for a long time, it looks like the time now might be right.

I have a nice looking 2007 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S 6 speed selling near by for $40,000 with 79,000 miles on it. Usually I wouldn't even think about getting a car with that many miles, but I've heard that 911s are much more reliable, so millage might now be a huge issue. How much time and money would I need to spend to upkeep the car an the annual bases - very approximately?

There are other options with much less mileage (around 30,000) - the same cars, but about $15,000 more. Is $15,000 really worth it to cover 40,000 miles excess???

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Nick
