Is this a good deal?
Been on a hunt for 3.2 carrera, prices are scattered. Found a dealer that has a few (ive seen them have some other cars too).
108k miles. 87. Black on black coupe. Some nice options, like factory spoilers, comfort seat, bilstein shocks. Interior looks mint/great. Underside pics look pretty good. Speaking with the dealer (seems very knowledgable) paint is a driver quality (6 or 7) with some rock chips, and some repair near the quarters. Engine looks clean, per dealer lots of records, well maintained, clutch replaced last year along with components. Pics look great. This is a long distance buy. I got them down to $35k.
Found another one, $35k, 96k miles, 84, looks mint, but no engine pics or underside, targa, but its silver. No spoilers (fyi, i like spoilers). Havent haggled yet, but doubt they will move (mb dealer). From the add, they say its from a collector.
Wanted to add, im a big car enthusiast, but never had a porsche (always wanted one). From classics, ive owned 76 633csi (mint), 73 charger, and just sold my 68 charger (440).
This would be a one two punch, as it looks like im getting 2011 cayenne turbo, and on my way to my new place (due to work), i can swing by and pick up the 87 (trailer it).
