My dad subscribed to Road & Track when I was a kid, and I generally remember articles about supercars and performance. But I don't remember the one Cameron cited here in his write up of the RUF Yellow Bird winning the title of world's fastest car... It doesn't exactly seem fair to match something rebuilt and tuned to the gills by a specialty shop again production cars — even if those cars are the 959, F40 and such...

Regardless, one of the 174 models built is headed to auction, and it looks pristine. Check out more pictures here.
