Yes, it's ruby red metallic. The scrypt is just stick on and you could do it yourself.

Another Pcar with all polished Fuchs.....only the second I've ever seen. Nice 84. Looks like you may be in the southwest, from the landscape. Tell us more about your car.....

Pipes-yes, I live in Arizona. My Carrera is a pretty original car with few mods. I installed a Fabspeed cat and muffler bypass, lowered it a little, installed new Bridgstone 050A's, replaced some of the A/C parts and got it working nicely, did some paint touch up, new speakers, replaced some of the upholstery, new hood and rear deck struts, etc., etc. Also spent some time cleaning the undercarriage and bottom side of the engine. It's a very fun car to drive and is "almost" my daily driver.

Roger...thanks for the info on you 84 Carrera. My 87 is my everyday driver, and has been for 21 years now. I have 208K plus miles on her and hopefully I can get another 200K or so, if I last that long. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only grey hair on this website!! Denny

I understand it's a decal, but where did you purchase it from? Just curious if he/she is willing to make them in custom colors.

Thanks,
Mike

Thanks Roger, but I'm really looking for Burgundy to match my interior. I know, it's a long shot, but I'm sure there's someone out there that can do it. Mikez on Pelican can usually do them, but I believe his 'cutter' is out of commision right now. I'll have to check with him again.

Thanks anyway,
Mike

911-in SC--you might try www.928porsche.net. I believe they have the decal in purple and maybe that'd be close match for you. Worth a try.

This is where the fenders & bumper came from.

Just a random ST I found on the web.
