I’m in Washington, too north. Cali is a big place so it shouldn’t be too hard to find someone. I don’t know how many Porsche interior specialists there are. Just find a place that does good work and has been in business for along time. Its probably gonna cost quite a bit though. I wish I could help more. I do all types of carpeting, leatherwork, custom panels, and all other sorts of interior mods and restorations. I don’t specialize in anything in particular, I actually just recovered my recliner in my house from the bare wood frame up, but I mostly like working on Euro cars. Just goes to show you the type of jobs upholsterers take on. A stitch is a stitch and leather is leather no matter where its going into or on.

Good luck

Go to Auto International. They are in Escondido and know early 911's very well. They have done 2 RS clones for me and they can source all orignal parts, materials, etc. Expensive, but the best IMO.
