Can anyone tell me what this part is called ? If so do you have to buy the entire piece? I just purchased car and old owner took out the covers to unlock and lock it easier . I'd like to just buy the covers( arrow is pointing too? ) but if I can't I'll try to find the whole thing. I hate looking at those big holes now .
